Position:  Field Technician

Location: Multiple locations available

Position Summary: 

As a Field Technician you will serve as an expert on all residential burglar alarms.  This position has a heavy focus on providing world-class customer service, and professional installation of new security equipment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Install, upgrade or service alarm security equipment, including IP camera, CCTV, card access, smart home or business automation, and structured wiring.
• Testing and troubleshooting all system components
• Working with both wireless or hard -wired networks and devices
• Connecting low voltage equipment such as burglar/fire alarm systems to our central monitoring dept, activating system and performing customer demonstration and education.

What You’ll Need:

• As a Security Alarm  Field Technician, you must combine technical expertise in security systems with the ability to work effectively on an independent basis
• High School diploma or GED
• Minimum 2 years’ experience performing similar duties including installing or servicing security systems
• Expert troubleshooting skills
• Valid driver’s license
