Frequently asked questions

To log into your Guardian account, go to and click “Login” in the top right corner. Enter your username/email and password and click SIGN IN.

Don’t have an account yet? Let’s get you registered! On that same page, click “Not Registered.” You’ll need your customer number and the address where your service is located.

Absolutely!  Start by logging into your Guardian account.

Once signed in, click on VIEW LAST STATEMENT, located on your account dashboard under the “Your Bill” tile.  You can also find your last statement by choosing Account Billing & Info, and then Statements. On your desktop, Account Info & Billing is in the left-hand navigation bar on your account dashboard. On mobile, it’s in the menu at the top right corner of your screen.

Yes, you can have multiple user codes for your security system! We encourage you to set up a new code for your babysitter, dog walker, gas meter man, or anyone else entering the home with your permission. 

If you subscribe to our smart home security services, codes can be changed and managed by logging into, or from your Guardian app. If you do not have smart home security, you can review information on how to update the user codes in your user manual here.

If you are receiving a paper statement, you may receive a minimal paper statement fee. This fee offsets the costs of printing and mailing a paper statement.

You can skip these statement fees — and go green while you’re at it —by setting up automatic recurring monthly payments. Learn how to sign up for AutoPay.
