Offer – 2 Free Months

*Offer of two free months of system monitoring services valid only on purchase of a new security system made between November 20, 2019 and December 4, 2019.  Offer subject to customer mention of code word ‘SAFE’ at time of purchase, credit approval, and customer entering into qualifying Sales and Installation and Monitoring Agreements.  The Monitoring Agreement must include a minimum term of 36 months, a minimum monthly rate of $45.99 and an early termination fee.  Customer must purchase (1) a $99 security system package, which includes one standard control panel, one motion detector, and three door/window sensors, or (2) a $249 security system package, which includes the premium IQ2 control panel, one motion detector, and three door/window sensors. This offer cannot be combined with any other offer, transferred or redeemed for cash. 

Additional fees when applicable

Paper Statement Fee

Customers who opt to receive a paper statement instead of autopay will be charged $2.00 per month. Sign up for autopay on the customer care site to receive electronic statements.

Guard Service

If you reside in an area where your municipality requires third party guard service you will be charged according to your contract.

Service Copay

Service calls require a co-pay of $50 in addition to any time and materials and non-warranty repair fees.

Non-Warranty Repair Service Fees

Residential Service Rates

Normal Business Hour Rates: Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm

Minimum service charge of $110-$115 (based on branch location), which includes travel and first half hour of on-site time. Each additional 15 minutes will be billed at $25-$27.50 per quarter hour.


Emergency Rates: Outside of normal business hours, weekends and holidays.

Minimum service charge of $165 – $172.50 (based on branch location), which includes travel and first half hour of on-site time. Each additional 15 minutes will be billed at $37.50 – $41.25 per quarter hour.

Commercial Service Rates

Normal Business Hour Rates: Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm

Minimum service charge of $132.50 – $145 (based on branch location), which includes travel and first half hour of on-site time. Each additional 15 minutes will be billed at $31.25 – $37.50 per quarter hour.

Emergency Rates: Outside of normal business hours, weekends and holidays.

Minimum service charge of $198.75 – $217.50 (based on branch location), which includes travel and first half hour of on-site time. Each additional 15 minutes will be billed at $46.88 – $56.25 per quarter hour.
