Guardian offers multiple ways to make a payment. Use any of the convenient methods below to pay your Guardian bill on your terms!

Automated Clearing House (ACH) Payments

An Automated Clearing House (ACH) payment is a simple, secure way to pay directly from your bank account instead of using a credit or debit card. By using your bank’s routing and account number, ACH payments can be automatically taken from your checking or savings account. This option offers a reliable alternative that can help keep your account in good standing with less hassle.

There are two key benefits to choosing ACH payments:

  • No expiration dates: Bank accounts don’t expire like credit cards, which typically need to be updated every 2–4 years.
  • Fewer payment interruptions: ACH payments reduce the risk of failed payments caused by expired or replaced cards.

Setting up ACH payments is easy. To use this payment option:

  • Log into your Guardian account
  • Select Billing
  • Select View/Edit Payment Method
  • Click Add Payment Method
  • Add your billing information
  • Under Payment Information, click Bank Account
  • Add your bank’s routing number and account number
  • Select “Automatically make payments each month using this info”
  • Click Save

AutoPay

We offer automatic recurring payments to help save you time and money each month! You can enroll in AutoPay or manage your automatic payments by logging into your online Guardian account.

From your Guardian app:

  1. Click ☰.
  2. Select My Account.
  3. Scroll down to the Billing section and choose Manage billing then Enroll in autopay.
  4. From the drop-down menu, choose your account for automatic payment and select Save.

From a web browser: 

  1. Log into your Guardian account. 
  2. From the Billing tab, select Billing, and then choose Enroll in autopay.
  3. From the drop-down menu, choose your account for automatic payment and select Save.

Annual Payments

Annual Payments help you save time and money, and setting up this alternative payment option is simple! By following the steps below, you can save 5% on monitoring throughout the year and save time by not having to worry about making monthly payments!

From your Guardian app:

  1. Click ☰.
  2. Select My Account.
  3. Scroll down to the Billing section and choose Manage billing.
  4. Choose Proceed with annual billing and confirm Proceed.  

From a web browser: 

  1. Log into your Guardian account. 
  2. From the Billing tab, select Billing, and then choose Proceed with Annual Billing. and confirm Proceed.

Online Payment

Simply log into your Guardian account and click Make a Payment under the Billing tab.

Text Message

Sign up to receive text messages from Guardian and make a secure payment on your phone.

From your Guardian app:

  1. Click ☰.
  2. Select My Account.
  3. Click ☰, followed by account info, then Communication Preferences.
  4. Check Billing for SMS
  5. Scroll to contact methods and add the mobile phone number(s) to receive text messages.

From a web browser: 

  1. Log into your Guardian account. 
  2. From the Account info tab, choose Communication Preferences.
  3. Check Billing for SMS
  4. Scroll to contact methods and add the mobile phone number(s) to receive text messages.

Call

Call 1-800-Protect (1-800-776-8328).  Choose 2 for billing and 1 to make an automated payment.

Mail

Schedule payments through your bank or mail your payment to:  P. O. Box 37751, Philadelphia, PA 19101-5051.
