Because of Guardian’s quick response, the police were able to apprehend the perpetrator. I was at work when I received a call from Guardian saying that a burglar alarm signal was coming from the back door of my home. Because I feared the worse, I said to please send the police. About fifteen minutes later, I received another call from Guardian that the local police department were at my house and needed me to come home. The police had the perpetrator in custody. Because of the quick response from Guardian’s monitoring center, the police were able to apprehend the perpetrator and put him in custody. I am fortunate to have had closure, and not be burdened with financial or emotional shock that comes with a home burglary. Thanks to Guardian for making me feel safe; I am very happy with the monitoring I receive from Guardian and really appreciate how quickly Guardian acted.
