This smart device perfectly with our PowerG water sensor, and it can all be controlled from the Guardian app. It can automatically shut off your main water line when leaks or floods are detected by your flood sensor.

Your Guardian system allows you to set reminders and automation rules to quickly turn off your water line in an emergency. For example, you can set a rule that your Guardian water sensor detects water, your water valve with shut off your water for an indefinite amount of time, until your panel is disarmed, or anywhere from 15 seconds to 24 hours!

Only quarter turn ball valves are compatible with our water valve. The water valve will not work on gate valves.
Ball and gate valves are two of most common valves for controlling water flow. Ball valves have a flat handle or stem that moves up and down, and looks like a lever. Gate valves look like an outdoor hose valve, and usually involve a round knob that turns.
