To replace your panel’s battery, please follow these steps:

• Log in to your Guardian Protection account.
• Select System Info and then select Test My System.
• Disarm your system.
• Remove the AC Adaptor from the outlet.
• Remove the trim ring from the face of the panel by lifting up the bottom right corner with your finger.
• Release the panel from the mounting plate by lifting up the two tabs at the top right and left of the panel.
• Follow the wires from the battery pack to the black connector and unplug it from the panel.
• Remove the battery pack by placing one finger under the end of the battery and pulling away from the retaining clip.
• Replace the batteries.
• Replace the battery pack in your panel and reattach the black connector.
• Swing the panel back up and lock it into place.
• Replace the trim ring.
• Plug the AC Adaptor back into the lower plug outlet, screwing the screw back in.
• The low battery notification on your panel should be gone automatically.
• Test your system to make sure it is working correctly.
• Take your system out of test mode.
