About Me

Hello, I am Jeff Leonard, and I will be your Guardian Low Voltage/Home Technology Consultant.

Guardian, partnered with your builder, installs cable TV, internet, and audio/visual connections in every home in your community. Did you know that with the base price of the home you receive builder standards and included selections that you can place at locations of your choosing? There are also optional and interesting smart home, security, entertainment, and convenience products available for your consideration.

Look over your floor plan and think about what rooms and locations you plan on placing your televisions, cable TV, phone, and data (ethernet) lines. *Note: Hard-wired data (ethernet) connections improve internet browsing and streaming performance for things like smart TVs, desktop computers, and gaming consoles while leaving your WiFi unburdened for your smartphones, laptops, and other convenience devices.

Next, think about where you will be entertaining, listening to music, watching movies, and working productively in your new home.

When we finish up your selections you will receive copies of your final order and a customized, updated floor plan showing room-by-room locations of your items. I will take as much time as you need to ensure that your selections go into your builder and that your home is exactly how you want when you move in.

I am looking forward to speaking with you about the options available in your new home and helping with any other technology questions you may have.
