A Referring Party must give Guardian his/her full legal name and phone number, along with the full legal name, address and phone number of the Referred Party. If the Referred Party’s phone number is registered on a national or local “Do Not Call” or restrictive list, Guardian may attempt to contact the Referred Party by electronic mail, provided the Referring Party has provided an electronic mail address. The Referring Party may also contact the Referred Party and direct the Referred Party to contact Guardian and provide the Referring Party’s name and other contact information. Referred Parties who jointly enter into qualifying agreements (as referenced above) will be considered a single referral. Guardian will apply the $100 referral credit to the Referring Party’s account within 45 days after the activation of the Referred Party’s security system.
