To view your system’s history, please log into MyGuardianHome.com and follow these steps below:
1. Click Activity on the left side menu.
2. Scroll to the date or time in question in the history page.
3. Expand to view the individual events by clicking .
4. Filter your results by clicking . You can filter by date, time, user devices, and event types.
Can’t find the event you’re looking for?
Remember, events are only stored for 60 days, and we’re not able to retrieve events that happened over 60 days ago. If you need further assistance, please call 1.800.PROTECT (1.800.776.8328).
