Two-way voice response is engaged when your alarm system is activated by an event. However, in the case of a fire alarm, carbon monoxide event, or duress alarm, our protection specialists will notify authorities immediately. Due to the time-sensitive nature of these events the two-way voice response is not used.
As always, your privacy is important to us, that’s why two-way voice is designed to only allow communication when a burglary or medical alarm is activated, it will not work at any other time.
