Managing who has access to your home is simple with MyGuardianHome. In this guide, we’ll show you how to easily add and edit user codes for your Guardian system, so you can stay in control at all times.
How do I add a new user code on MyGuardianHome?
Please log into your account at the MyGuardianHome.com website.
1. Once logged in, please click the Users link on the left-hand menu.
2. Click Add New User
3. Fill in the new user’s first and last name, then click Next.
4. Enter a 4-digit code for the user.
5. Toggle the switch next to your system. It turns blue when it’s active.
6. Click Next.
To add an email or phone number for the user:
1. Click Contact Info.
2. Choose Email or Text and fill in the information as required.
3. Click Save.
How do I edit a user code on MyGuardianHome?
1. Log into your account at MyGuardianHome.com.
2. Click the Users link in the left-hand menu.
3. Click the user you’d like to edit.
To edit the user code:
1. Click the current code that is shown under the user’s name.
2. Enter a new 4-digit code.
3. Click Save.
To delete the user code:
1. Click Delete.
2. Click to confirm you want the code to be deleted.
To add an email or phone number to the user:
1. Click Contact Info.
2. Choose Email or Text and fill in the required info.
3. Click Save.
