How do I add Guardian’s Monitoring Station to my mobile phone contact list?

In an emergency, it is critical that Guardian Protection be able to reach you quickly – and that usually means a call to your mobile phone.  To ensure our Protection Specialists can reach you when needed, add our monitoring station phone number to your contacts; and adjust any ‘Do not Disturb’ settings.

Simply follow the steps below.

1. Log into your Guardian Protection mobile app.
2. Tap the menu button [hamburger icon] in the upper left
3. Tap Monitoring Settings [head set icon]
4. Tap Save Contact
5. Tap the Save Contact button
6. Tap Done in the upper right

Your mobile phone may have a ‘Focus’ or ‘Do not Disturb’ setting.  Follow your phone’s instructions on how to turn off the Do Not Disturb setting so that a call from Guardian’s monitoring station can reach you; or add Guardian Protection in your phone’s ‘Favorites’.
