GUARDIAN PROTECTION SERVICES, INC.’S CUSTOMER UPGRADE SWEEPSTAKES 2024 OFFICIAL SWEEPSTAKES RULES
1. NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. The Guardian Protection Services, Inc.’s Customer Upgrade Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is subject to all federal, state, local and municipal laws and regulations and void where prohibited by law. No purchase is necessary, and a purchase or payment of any kind will not increase your chances of winning. The odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received by Administrator.
2. ADMINISTRATOR: The Sweepstakes is sponsored and administered by Guardian Protection Services, Inc., 174 Thorn Hill Road, Warrendale, PA 15086 (the “Administrator” or “Guardian”).
3. ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open to all current Guardian customers who (a) are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry in the Sweepstakes, (b) have been a Guardian customer for at least ten (10) consecutive years at the time of entry in the Sweepstakes, and (c) have not had an equipment upgrade to their Guardian security system within ten (10) years prior to the time of entry in the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is not open to employees, directors or officers, or their immediate families (spouses and siblings, parents and children and their spouses), of the Administrator or of the Administrator’s respective parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising or promotional agencies, or legal advisors as well as any other marketing/communications agency, media companies, and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries and affiliates and companies involved in the implementation and execution of this Sweepstakes. All winners are subject to the Administrator’s verification of eligibility hereunder.
4. ENTRY PERIOD: The Sweepstakes entry period will begin at 8 a.m. EDT on October 3, 2024, and end at 5 p.m. EST on November 3, 2024 (the “Entry Period”). ALL ENTRIES MUST BE SUBMITTED BY THE EXPIRATION OF THE ENTRY PERIOD. Entries received outside of the Entry Period are disqualified. 5. HOW TO ENTER: Participants will enter the Sweepstakes by (a) emailing a picture of their Guardian yard sign as it is displayed at their property to CAG@guardianprotection.com and (b) including in the email the customer’s name, address, and phone number (each emailed submission is an “Entry”). Participants are limited to a maximum of one (1) Entry per household during the Entry Period. Eligible Participants submitting a valid Entry and agreeing to these Official Sweepstakes Rules (“Entrants”) will be entered into a random drawing as described in these Rules. Multiple participants are not permitted to share the same email address. Entrants must fully complete and submit all non-optional data requested on the online entry form to be eligible. Incomplete entries are void. Any attempt by a participant to obtain more than the permitted number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other method will void all of that participant’s entries and that participant will be disqualified. Entries that are mechanically reproduced, copied, illegible, incomplete, inaccurate, or by any other means which subvert the entry process are void. Incomplete entries or entries not fully complying with these Official Sweepstakes Rules are subject to disqualification at the Administrator’s sole discretion. The Administrator is not responsible for lost or misdirected entries.
ALL OTHER ENTRIES ARE NULL AND VOID.
All entries become the property of the Administrator and none will be acknowledged or returned.
BY PROVIDING CONTACT OR OTHER INFORMATION, ENTRANT CONSENTS TO THE COLLECTION AND STORAGE OF THAT INFORMATION. UNLESS ENTRANT ELECTS TO OPT-OUT, ENTRANT CONSENTS TO RECEIVE MARKETING AND OTHER INFORMATION FROM ADMINISTRATOR AND ITS AFFILIATED PARTIES AND CONTRACTORS. ELIGIBILITY TO PARTICIPATE IN THE SWEEPSTAKES IS NOT DEPENDENT UPON ENTRANT’S CONSENT TO RECEIVE SUCH MARKETING AND OTHER INFORMATION. ENTRANT’S CHANCES OF WINNING ARE NOT AFFECTED BY SUCH CONSENT. BY PROVIDING CONTACT INFORMATION AND NOT ELECTING TO OPT OUT, ENTRANT CONSENTS TO BEING CONTACTED BY ADMINISTRATOR AND ITS AFFILIATED PARTIES AND CONTRACTORS. 6. PRIZES & ODDS OF WINNING: THERE WILL BE ONLY ONE (1) PRIZE AWARDED (the ” Prize”). The Prize is of one free upgrade to the winning Entrant’s Guardian security system. The upgrade will consist of additional and/or replacement equipment, maintenance, and/or other services that improve the security system, as determined in Guardian’s sole discretion. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. A maximum of one (1) Prize per eligible Entry. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Prize is $1,049. Any difference between the stated values here and the actual face or market value of the Prize will not be awarded or paid.
7. DRAWINGS: A potential winner will be selected in a random drawing that will occur within approximately twenty (20) days after the expiration of the Entry Period. All random drawings will be conducted
