Position:  Customer Loyalty Specialist

Location: Pittsburgh, PA

Position Summary: 

The Customer Loyalty Specialist’s main responsibility is to retain our existing customer base by satisfying customers’ concerns quickly and completely, re-selling Guardian services, and offering additional services and solutions. This representative will also be responsible for providing an outstanding customer experience in accordance with department and company objectives for Guardian’s existing customer base. This includes, but is not limited to probing, researching, problem solving, troubleshooting, negotiating, scheduling, and providing overall support to customers.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Service and retain accounts by providing a superior customer experience
  • Provide assistance to customers relocating their Guardian services
  • Solve customer problems and follow up to ensure satisfaction and offer additional products, services and solutions to existing customers
  • Proactively contact customers to enhance customer retention and present, promote and upsell products/services to existing and prospective customers

What You’ll Need:

  • Minimum of two years of experience in Customer Service, Retention, or Inside Sales position
  • Excellent problem solving, troubleshooting, and negotiating skills
  • Highly motivated and demonstrate the ability to work independently and as a team member to achieve team and company goals
  • Technically inclined and able to help customers troubleshoot
  • Associate or Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
