If you’re passionate about delivering an amazing customer experience within a dynamic team environment, our customer care positions are an opportunity to advance your career and be the voice of our company.

The Residential Care Specialist provides support to customers who have a Guardian smart home security system. Armed with skills gained from our intuitive training and development program, you will answer direct calls from customers relating to security products, alarm monitoring services, home automation, billing, account inquiries and retention scenarios; offering innovative solutions with assistance from intelligent, intuitive support applications.

The Commercial Care Specialist provides support to customers who have Guardian systems and products at their business, communicating effectively with multi-level clientele within the commercial sector, displaying resounding verbal and written ability with the goal of delivering the highest levels of customer service to maintain and grow these accounts. You will provide solutions to a variety of questions and your passion will fuel customer satisfaction and create an amazing experience for them.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Service and retain accounts by providing a superior customer experience
  • Solve customer questions and problems, follow up to ensure satisfaction, and promote and upsell products, services and solutions
  • Build excellent client relationships by placing proactive calls to ensure installations and service calls were satisfactory and met expectations

What You’ll Need:

  • Amazing customer service skills
  • Technology savvy – Know how to navigate computer-based applications, demonstrating an accurate typing speed of 35-words per minute. Experience with Microsoft Office.
  • Positive Communicators – Enjoy what you do and let the world know it!
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • This is a position within a highly regulated business that requires the successful completion of a drug test and comprehensive background screen
