In the event of an alarm activation, this feature allows our protection specialist to contact you quickly through the two-way speaker on your alarm panel. As always, your privacy is important to us, that’s why two-way voice is designed to only allow communication when a burglary or medical alarm is activated, it will not work at any other time.
