Dark Mode
A recent update to the Guardian Protection mobile app allows users to view their Guardian account and settings through the dark mode setting. Like many other apps, this means that the white background we typically see in the Guardian app can now be made into dark gray/black for iPhone and Android users who have their phones already set to dark mode. This update can make the brightness of the Guardian app easier on some people’s eyes and allows dark mode users to view their Guardian app within their preferred settings.
Package Detection
Waiting for an important package to arrive? Your Video Doorbell Pro can keep an eye out for it while you’re not home. Our Video Doorbell Pros are now capable of identifying packages when they are left on your doorstep and can then notify you so you’re aware of exactly when your package is delivered. You’ll never have to worry about monitoring your package’s arrival again!
Wireless Video Doorbell
The launch of our new wireless video doorbell means that anyone can have a video doorbell, with or without wiring. Our new wireless option has all of the features of the Video Doorbell Pro but without the need for previous wiring. This new video doorbell is battery-operated, and it is just as effective as the wired Video Doorbell Pro without any hangups.

Our new heat detectors are powered by PowerG, which allows for more secure encryption and reliability to enhance the capabilities of your average heat detector. These devices are now more informative and accurate while supplying a longer battery life to give you the most out of this heat detector.
New App Updates
Our Guardian Protection app has undergone a series of changes over the past few months to help give you the best smart home security management possible. Not only has the menu changed locations, but the app also allows you to manually trigger warning sounds, easily refer a friend to Guardian, and view all of your property’s camera views in one place. Among several other changes, the Guardian app is better than ever!
