What are my payment options?
The builder determines how payment is submitted. In most circumstances’ your builder will collect payment in the form of mortgage roll-in via a change order / addendum. Copies of your completed Guardian technology selections are automatically forwarded to the builder for their records and processing.

About Me
A lifelong Marylander, I currently reside in Anne Arundel county with my family. I am an experienced Integrated Systems Professional having more than 15 years of direct new construction homebuilder industry experience. As an Account Manager, I work in close partnership with a portfolio of homebuilders and their homebuyer(s) consulting and designing integrated smart home security-automation and lifestyle technology solutions.
In my off-time, my two daughters keep both my wife and I very active and involved in the community via their social activities, academics, and club sports – field hockey and lacrosse.
