November 6, 2025. Warrendale, Pa.   Four-year-old North Hills resident Tenley Price saw a dream come true on Wednesday, November 5.  The employees who work at Guardian Protection raised enough money to present Tenley, a child with disabilities, with a custom-built adaptive bike from Variety, the Children’s Charity, that Tenley will ride for the very first time.  The event took place at Guardian Protection, 174 Thorn Hill Road in Warrendale at 2 p.m. and the entire Tenley family – mom, dad, Tenley’s brothers, and grandparents came to watch, along with a large group of employees from Guardian.

Guardian Protection employees raised money to cover the $2500 cost of the bike by holding raffles and other fundraisers.  This is the 15th piece of Variety adaptive equipment Guardian has given to kids with disabilities.

“Our employees work every day to keep homes and businesses safer,” said Guardian President Bryan Cipoletti.  “That same passion drives them to help families, and bring  peace of mind and joy by giving a child the chance to ride a bike just like her friends do.”

Tom Baker, Chief Executive Officer of Variety the Children’s Charity, spoke at the event and then invited the child to “go for a ride” within the halls of Guardian.  Employees lined the track and cheered her on as she made her way to a spectacular balloon arch finish line.
