About Me

With over 40 years of combined experience across Retail Store Management (15+ years) and Security & Life Safety Integration (25 years), I am driven by a single purpose: to help people be safe and feel safe.

I partner with national organizations to protect their people, property, assets, and mission-critical operations. Over the course of my career, I’ve worked with a wide spectrum of industries, including:

  • Retail (from neighborhood pet stores to high-end beauty brands)
  • Food manufacturing and distribution
  • Pharmaceutical and cannabis grow/processing facilities
  • Service providers with large fleets and equipment
  • Hospitality, franchised restaurants, and specialty businesses

My approach is hands-on, team-oriented, and customer-first. I focus on understanding each client’s operational challenges, identifying the right security, life safety, and proactive video surveillance solutions, with delivering measurable results that support safety, compliance, and efficiency.

Beyond my professional role, I am proud to serve as Vice President of Central Ohio Crime Stoppers, where I collaborate with business leaders, law enforcement, elected officials, crime victims, and community organizations to make our communities safer. I have been honored to be recognized as Citizen of the Year for my contributions.
