This can be a lifesaving feature if you are injured at your location and cannot reach the phone, for example. Two-way voice will connect you with our security experts so that we can verify an emergency and send the help you need, if necessary. Test Mode

System maintenance has never been easier with our new test mode feature in the Guardian app! You can now use your app to seamlessly communicate with the monitoring center to pause any alarm response from tasks you perform while testing your Guardian security system. Head to the monitoring settings tab to find this handy feature.

Document Storage

With our new document storage feature, you can now securely store and keep track of property, vehicle, and other documents all in one place! This feature also allows you to set up expiration reminders — remembering what paperwork needs to be renewed is a thing of the past thanks to our one-stop shop for digital document storage!

Cancel and Verify Notifications Feature

Communicating with us during an alarm activation is critical, and the cancel and verify feature allows you to do that with the press and hold of a fingertip. When an alarm is activated, the cancel or verify buttons will display on the top of your app.

If you would like to verify that a confirmed emergency is in progress, press and hold the verify button for three seconds. This will alert our monitoring center to cease any verification steps and notify authorities immediately.

If you would like to cancel an accidental burglary alarm, press and hold the cancel button for three seconds; this will communicate with our monitoring center not to proceed with emergency personnel. Please note that canceling an alarm this way only applies to burglary alarms. For any life-safety alarms, such as fire, panic, or medical, standard alarm response procedures will be followed.
