*This offer is only available to current Guardian customers whose account is in good standing (a “Referring Party”). A referral qualifies the Referring Party to receive a $100 account credit if (a) the person being referred (a “Referred Party”) (1) meets credit approval, (2) is over 18 years old, (3) is a homeowner, (4) enters into Sales and Installation and Monitoring Agreements at the time of purchase of a Guardian security system, (5) makes proper payment, and (6) has not already been referred to, or contacted by, Guardian; and (b) the Monitoring Agreement has a minimum term of 60 months, a minimum monthly rate of $49.99, and is paid via recurring, automatic payment. A Referring Party must give Guardian his/her/their full legal name and phone number, along with the full legal name, address, and phone number of the Referred Party. If the Referred Party’s phone number is registered on a national or local “Do Not Call” or other restrictive list, Guardian may attempt to contact the Referred Party by electronic mail, provided the Referring Party has provided an electronic mail address. The Referring Party may also contact the Referred Party and direct the Referred Party to contact Guardian and provide the Referring Party’s name and other contact information. Referred Parties who jointly enter into qualifying agreements (as referenced above) will be deemed a single referral. Guardian will apply the $100 referral credit to the Referring Party’s account within 45 days after the activation of the Referred Party’s security system. This offer is subject to change at Guardian’s sole and absolute discretion and cannot be combined with any other offer, transferred, or redeemed for cash.
