*Offer is for new customers only. The “$0 activation fee” covers activation of the existing control panel and up to 10 existing security/life-safety devices. Video and home automation devices are not included in this offer. Each security/life-safety device beyond the allotted 10 devices or each video and home automation device can be “tied-in” and activated for a $10 fee. Offer subject to (1) credit approval, (2) recurring automatic payment by credit card or electronic charge to Customer’s checking or savings account for monitoring service charges and any other amounts owed, (3) payment, (4) customer entering into a qualifying Monitoring Agreement (and a Sales and Installation Agreement, if applicable) at time of purchase, and (5) customer having internet and wi-fi service that will properly service all components of the system. The Monitoring Agreement must include a minimum term of 36 months, a minimum monthly rate of $49.99, and an early termination fee. The one free month of monitoring will be applied in the first month following system activation. Customer must pay in full at the time of installation for any additional equipment or equipment updates (e.g., replacement of system interface panel). Offer is subject to change without notice. Limit one offer per new customer contract. This offer cannot be combined with any other offer, transferred, or redeemed for cash.
