With 25 years of experience in the physical security industry, Robert Grove serves as the Director of Commercial Sales and Operations at Guardian Protection, where he has supported the protection of commercial properties across the Eastern United States since June 2025.

Throughout his career, he has contributed to industry advancement through active participation in the Electronic Security Association, including serving as a voting member of its Education Committee, leading an executive management professional group for seven years, and acting as Strategic Vendor Committee Co-Chair and industry speaker.

Robert specializes in helping businesses evaluate and implement security solutions that strengthen safety, streamline operations, and align with evolving organizational needs.
