There is no limit to the number amount of emergency contacts you can have on your account, but we recommend your emergency contacts have access to your home or business and can respond to the location if requested by the authorities.
Remember, being able to easily recognize when our monitoring team is calling may help improve the chance of reaching your emergency contacts. Make sure they have our monitoring center’s phone number saved into their phones: 1.800.364.3616
