April Maloney

Director of Sales Operations

Years at Guardian: 8

Experience/Background: April started her career at Guardian in the finance division and then advanced to Director of Dealer Sales. Recently she was promoted to Director of Sales Operations where she now oversees multiple Guardian sales channels and continues to grow our Dealer business.

Why Guardian: I work at Guardian because we are a family-oriented company. We care about the wellbeing of our employees and partners just as much as we do for our customers.

Fun Fact: I am from Buffalo, NY and an avid Bills fan.

Susan Templin

Dealer Account Manager

Years at Guardian: 8

Experience/Background: Susan began with Guardian as a Customer Care Representative, moving up in the department to become a Team Leader. She then transitioned to the Dealer department, starting as the Program Coordinator before being promoted to her current position of Dealer Account Manager.

Why Guardian: I like to work at Guardian because what we do makes a difference.

Fun Fact: I play competitive pool and have competed in National Championship events.

John Thompson

Dealer Account Manager

Years at Guardian: 7

Experience/Background: John started his career at Guardian in the Dealer department as an Auditor and moved up to Discrepancy Lead. John transitioned to a Supervisor role in our Customer Loyalty department handling cancellation requests, and eventually became a Director before returning to the Dealer group as a Dealer Account Manager.

Why Guardian: I work at Guardian because I believe what we do every day helps keep our customers safe.

Fun Fact: I enjoy working on cars.

Rachel Martin

Dealer Program Coordinator

Years at Guardian: 3

Experience/Background: Rachel was hired into Guardian’s Residential Customer Care department straight out of college. She than moved into the Commercial/National Account Customer Care team and eventually joined the Dealer department as the Program Coordinator.

Why Guardian: I work at Guardian because we are committed to providing life safety and peace of mind for our customers.

Fun Fact: I volunteer as a middle school youth group leader.
